With the high-speed development of domastic economy and the constant improvement of people's living standard, the popularize of market economy especially the super market every commodity.The dosage of package is getting more.The soft package whose functional package is used in food or medicine are needed more by the high-new technical equipment market.

Since JIngmen Pertrifaction Main Plant had put 70 thousand per year into production and invented new production.The product variety increase progressively. BOPP is a new multifuction packing film. Compared with common film, it omproved at tensile strength, impact strength,diaphanneity,electric insulativing, permeability, absorption of moisture,etc.It is widly used and named as "The queen of package".With the improvement of the living standards of people and change of the comsumpion structure, the intergrative of packing is higher.The production of BOPP film must develop quickly, and unceasingly.

3.Construcdtion scale and content:
<1>Build a product line which produce 30 thousand ton BOPP film per year.
<2>Main content:Unitized BOPP film product line----French DMT company; Parting cut equipment----England Atlas company.

4.Total investment and source of fund:
Invest 400 million yuan totally. The plan is actualized into two periods:2003-2004, 15 thousand ton per year, investing 200 million yuan; 2004-2005,15 thousand ton per year, investing 200 million yuan.

5.Economic profit:
After the project being built,Salaroom can be 540 million yuan per year. The profit payments and tax turnover is 120 million yuan.The repayment period of capital cost is 4.6 years.

6.Planned speed of the project:
The project has been adequatelysurveyed and done market exploration. The government have permitted the project.
