Ｈubei Jingmen High and New technology Industrial Development Zone(or HNIDZ ) lies in the south suburb of Jingmen of Hubei province, it is the provincial high and new technology industrial development zone established and authoried by the people's government of Hubei on November 6 of 2000, picks up DuoDao districts and Jingmen economic and technological development zones and implements the management system that " three districts unify " with Jingmen. It’s not only the new high-tech industry incubator base (of being scientific and technological type, small enterprise incubator base) but also a labor-intensive and small enterprises’ incubator base.
　　 Position advantage :Position advantage is very obvious,the district lies in the famous key way of JingXiang in history, the culture here is relatively deep and rich.With the east neighbour of Wuhan and next to Yichang in the west, south adjoins Jing Zhou,the north leads to Xiangfan the traffic here is really convenient. Two national expressways----Matai(Macao--Taiyuan),Hang Lan (Hangzhou- Lanzhou crosses in the district, national road ‘207’ passes through the whole area.
